CONSTRUCTION AT SKY LAS VEGAS
NEARS VERTICAL MID POINT

Sky Las Vegasä, a 45-story luxury condominium high rise located directly on the Las Vegas Strip, is nearing its mid vertical height with 19 completed floors and an additional floor being added every four days.    

“We’ve made significant progress in five months,” said Matt Joens, who is overseeing construction of the $325 million project for developers, Aaron Yashouafar and David Pourbaba of Sky Las Vegas Condominiums, Inc.  “Since our 14-foot foundation was poured in late July 2005, we’ve added 19 floors, completed the framing on the lower floors and started the installation of the exterior skin and glass.  The building is taking shape quickly and we’re right on schedule for our projected December 2006 completion.”

Sky Las Vegas is currently scheduled to be the first finished luxury condominium tower located directly on the Las Vegas strip.  The 409-unit project, which is 85 percent sold, features lavish residential units including penthouse suites, SkySuites and Tower Suites.  Select SkySuites and Tower Suites are still available.

SkySuites, located on floors 43 to 45, are priced at approximately $4 million.  All units include a private elevator inside the unit, outdoor living areas, such as patios and roof top patio decks, ideal for entertaining and enjoying the view of the Las Vegas Strip.

Tower Suites, located on floors 36 to 41, are currently available ranging from 1,179 to 2,000 square feet and priced starting in the mid-$700,000s.

Sky Las Vegas amenities include an outdoor recreation area encompassing more than one acre that will feature a large pool, lush garden space, a putting green, outdoor fire pit, barbecue area and an outdoor pet area.  Interior amenities will include retail and dining space, a party room, private screening room, billiards room with bar, valet parking, concierge services and state-of-the-art security.
