LAS VEGAS HIGH RISE ASSOCIATION (LVHCA) ELECTS OFFICERS
LAS VEGAS, April 5, 2006…The Las Vegas High Rise and Condominium Association (LVHCA), the city’s newest business organization dedicated to educating the public about the Las Vegas high-rise and condominium market, today announced the election of its founding officers.
The organization’s first president is Bea Goodwin, vice president of sales and marketing, Western division, for International Sales Group/Allure; LVHRA vice president is Marianne Pepe, regional sales manager for Boca Raton; treasurer is Gina Jackson, director of sales and marketing for SKY Las Vegas and the membership director is Paul Scaringe, vice president of sales for Panorama Towers. Each will serve six-month terms as the LVHCA expands its membership and more clearly defines its activities.
The LVHCA represents all facets of the industry and serves as a unified voice in communicating accurate information about the fast-changing market in Las Vegas. The organization also will establish a standard of excellence for all potential buyers.
Jackson said that the fundamentals of the market have not changed.
“The market and its underlying attributes are in great shape. All signs point to continued growth. Ensuring that our prospective buyers hear and understand all the information about the vertical market in Las Vegas will be one of our most vital tasks,” she said.
