Las Vegas Market Remains Hot For High-Rise Sales

LAS VEGAS, October 24, 2006….Lauren and June Stark of Ezra International Realty; Bruce Hiatt of Luxury Realty Group and Dotti David, all of Las Vegas, were the big winners in the recent Sky Las Vegas Broker/Agent Sales Contest.  The sales competition started June 28 and ended September 30.  During the incentive period, the agent/broker with the highest Sky Las Vegas sales volume won a 2006 Electric Blue Saab Limited Edition convertible courtesy of Findlay Cadillac Saab of Henderson, NV, and other prizes.
     The Starks were the top performers and won the car along with a one-year membership in the Foundation Room at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay Resort on the Strip; a one-year membership in the Traveling Vineyards First Class Wine Club and one-year subscriptions to Wine Spectator and Travel & Leisure magazines.
     “The new Saab is awesome!  It’s so comfortable and while I’m driving, my mom gets to ride as a passenger, which she prefers.  It’s really fun,” Lauren Stark said.
     Hiatt finished second and won a seven-day, all-expense-paid trip for two to the Luxury Pacifica Retreat & Spa in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and the one-year membership in the Traveling Vineyards First Class Wine Club.
     Hiatt said it was really a pleasant surprise to be a contest winner.
