Sky Las Vegas Condominiums, Inc. recently appointed Gina Jackson as director of marketing. Jackson will oversee the day-to-day operations, sales and marketing of the 45-story, $325 million, 409-unit project located directly on the Las Vegas strip.
Jackson joins Sky Las Vegas with a decade of experience in sales, management and business development. Prior to joining Sky, she served as the business development director for Infinity Broadcasting, director of sales for the Las Vegas Wranglers, and director of underwriting for Nevada Public Radio. She has a liberal arts degree from Indiana University.
“Gina comes to us with vast experience in sales and marketing and we’re pleased to have her as a new member of our team,” said Sky co-developer, David Pourbaba.
Sky Las Vegas is currently constructed up to the 13th floor according to Matt Joens, who is overseeing construction of the project. “We are on track for a December 2006 completion that will make Sky the first finished luxury condominium tower located directly on the Las Vegas Strip,” he said.
According to Joens, the underground parking garage, along with retail and amenity floors located on the first four levels of Sky are complete with new residential floors quickly being added – giving Sky several more feet of verticality every day.
“Our vertical growth is impressive,” said Pourbaba. “We’re currently at approximately 25 percent of our projected height. Sky Las Vegas will be an impressive contribution to Las Vegas’ skyline.”
Sky Las Vegas is currently 85 percent sold, including all four penthouse suites and four of six SkySuites. Select units are still available, including several Tower Suites that range from 1,179 to 2,000 square feet on floors 36 to 41. Tower Suites are priced from $650,000 to $ 1.5 million.
