SKY LAS VEGAS RECOGNIZES BROKERAGE FIRM, REALTORS
FOR HIGHEST SALES VOLUME
The Las Vegas Strip’s first luxury high rise condominium tower
more than 85 percent sold
Sky Las Vegas, the first luxury high rise tower located directly on the Las Vegas Strip, recently recognized Bruce Hiatt, broker and co-owner of brokerage for Luxury Realty Group and Simon Chen, realtor and co-owner of brokerage for Luxury Realty Group, as the top-producing agents responsible for more than $27 million in sales, according to Gina Jackson, marketing director of the 45-story, $325 million, 409-unit project.
According to Hiatt, Sky Las Vegas is an easy sell. “Sky is the only luxury high rise residence located directly on the Las Vegas strip, and having one of the world’s most famous boulevards as your address has its own value,” he said. “In addition to its location, Sky features amazing designs and a strong list of amenities that will suit a variety of homeowners. It’s a popular project and we’re pleased to be involved.”
Hiatt attributes part of the company’s success to its strong Internet presence. “The majority of condo buyers are currently located out of state, making the Internet the primary search engine for trans-state real estate transactions,” he said. “Our combination of technology, real estate and international business experience has proven successful in the Las Vegas real estate market.”
Sky Las Vegas is currently 85 percent sold with select one-, two- and three-bedroom units still available. Completion is scheduled for late 2006, according to Matt Joens, who is overseeing construction of the project. The current construction schedule adds a new floor every four days and as of mid-December, 2005, the tower was constructed up to the 12th floor.
Sky Las Vegas amenities include an outdoor recreation area encompassing more than one acre that features a large pool, lush garden space, a putting green, outdoor fire pit, barbecue area and an outdoor pet area. Interior amenities include retail and dining space, a party room, private screening room, billiards room with bar, valet parking, concierge services and state-of-the-art security.
Located on the west side of Las Vegas Boulevard South, just south of Sahara Avenue, Sky Las Vegas has its own design center at 2780 Las Vegas Boulevard South – adjacent to the condominium tower site. Remaining units are from 1,050 to 5,500 square feet and are priced from $750,000 to $4 million.
